Adults and children 12 years of age and older: chew 2-4 pieces as symptoms occur. Do not take more than 10 pieces in 24 hours. If pregnant do not take more than 6 pieces in 24 hours. Do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks unless directed by a physician. Children under 12 consult a physician. As a calcium supplement, take one (1) piece one to three times per day.
