KAL SAM-e provides 200 mg of stabilized SAMe (S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine) per vegetarian capsule. SAM-e in VegCap form is thought to be potentially advantageous over enteric coated tablet form because it may have higher bioavailability. By using a special matrix, it is also designed to maintain stability without the need for enteric coating.
