3 Easy steps

Clean lashes with mild soap and warm water or use an oil free makeup remover. Let dry
Apply a light coat of PermaCurl gel. Do not over saturate. Let dry for 30 seconds before setting curl.
Set curl with eyelashes curler. For best results, position curler close to the eyelash root. Press and hold curler in place firmly for 20 seconds. If desired, apply mascara.

Helpful hint: Traditional squeeze eyelash curlers work best.
